Welcome to NR Artwork Studio ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. About Us

We are an Ontario, Canada-based business specializing in the sale of printed photographic artwork and fine art prints. Our collection includes:

  • Original photography created by us
  • Artwork created by independent artists and licensed for sale through our store
  • Limited edition and open edition prints
  • In-stock and made-to-order products

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years.

3. Products

We make every effort to accurately display our products.

Because every monitor, phone, and tablet displays colors differently, the colors you see online may vary slightly from the finished printed product.

Minor variations in:

  • color
  • brightness
  • paper texture
  • trimming
  • cropping
  • print placement

are normal characteristics of professionally printed artwork and are not considered defects.

Product dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Some products are printed only after an order is placed.

Made-to-order items require production time before shipping.

Production times shown on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on demand, holidays, or supplier availability.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel any order
  • limit quantities
  • correct pricing or description errors
  • cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment
  • discontinue products without notice

An email confirming receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your order.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, or other charges that may apply to shipments delivered within the United States.

7. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time an order is placed.

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse transactions that appear fraudulent or unauthorized.

8. Shipping

We currently ship only to addresses located within:

  • Canada
  • United States

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • postal services
  • courier companies
  • customs inspections
  • severe weather
  • natural disasters
  • labour disruptions
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Unless required by applicable law:

  • made-to-order products cannot be returned simply because of buyer preference
  • customized products are non-refundable
  • sale or clearance items may be final sale

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the item
  • photographs of the shipping box and packaging
  • a description of the issue

We will review each claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

10. Intellectual Property

All photographs, artwork, images, logos, graphics, product listings, text, website design, and branding are protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Artwork sold through our website is either:

  • owned by us, or
  • used under license or permission from the respective artist.

Purchasing a print does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright.

Customers may not:

  • reproduce artwork
  • scan prints
  • create digital copies
  • sell reproductions
  • distribute artwork
  • modify artwork for commercial purposes

without prior written permission from the copyright owner.

11. Artist Rights

Artwork created by third-party artists remains the intellectual property of those artists unless otherwise stated.

Our sale of licensed artwork does not grant customers any ownership or reproduction rights beyond personal display of the purchased print.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate any applicable laws
  • interfere with website security
  • upload malicious software
  • attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • use our website for fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

13. User Reviews and Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for promotional and business purposes.

You confirm that you own or have permission to submit such content.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • use of our website
  • purchase of our products
  • delays in delivery
  • inability to use purchased products

Our maximum liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Disclaimer

Our website and products are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties except those that cannot legally be excluded.
